About Michele Daniels
Born and raised in Tilton, New Hampshire, Michele is a true native of the Lakes Region with deep roots and local expertise. She is a graduate of Winnisquam Regional High School and earned her degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of New Hampshire in 1991.
Michele began her real estate career in 1995, seeking a more flexible schedule while raising her two sons. Since then, she has built a successful business with over 30 years of experience navigating New Hampshire’s ever-changing real estate market. Michele specializes in vacation homes, residential sales, REO properties, and relocation services, particularly in the Lakes Region and Central NH. She has a strong understanding of the seasonal patterns and nuances that come with second-home and investment properties in these areas.
In 1997, Michele opened and operated her own brokerage in Laconia, and in 2007, she merged with EXIT Lakeside Realty Group, continuing to grow her career. She now brings her wealth of experience and personalized service to Verani Realty, where her focus remains on delivering results with honesty, precision, and professionalism.
Michele has held numerous leadership positions within the real estate community. She served as President of the Lakes Region Board of REALTORS® in 2009 and was named REALTOR® of the Year in both 2010 and 2017. She currently chairs the Education Committee and Professional Standards Committee. Her professional designations include:
